Painting and Potting

I wish !
I would love to able to spend the whole of today in my bed with my books and magazines.
Tea and toast and my radio.
Heaven.
Followed by a light lunch, served by my favourite man of course.
A little nap after lunch ! ! !
A luxurious soak in the bath.
Dress, hair, makeup and out on the town for a lovely meal.

But no, not this Friday.
I am off on 'another' painting trip and to pot up my winter pansies.
I hope that you have a good Friday and brilliant weekend.

What would we do without our dreams? I have always been a day dreamer and have had some doozies!
Let's not ever quit dreaming 'cause once we do, we're lost!
Have a cozy night!

Hi Carol
Yes sounds blissful but just think of the bed sores!
I wake so early every morning and by the time I get up at 7.00 a.m I feel as though I have spent all day in bed! I hope you get a minute or two to yourself this weekend but I know that your painting work will look fabulous...as always..

Sounds like my perfect day upon waking, then the reality hits and realise the day isn't going to turn out quite like you would choose. I do get to enjoy a relaxing soak when I get in from work though which is nice. Thanks for visiting my other blog, I started with my gardening blog but then thought that throughout the winter months, with not much happening outside to report on, my trusted blog friends would lose interest, so I started up a home edition as well! It is not so hard to keep two going as I have given up watching the soaps on the TV, to free up more spare time. Your dream of an allotment sounds lovely, I may have one when I get to retire, and it is my dream too to have a lovely little shed with a kettle, idyllic! x
